BF00 balanced flow sensor improves on conventional throttling devices with a multi-functional-orifice plate that rectifies the flow field into an almost ideal profile, delivering 5–10× better accuracy than an orifice plate. Suitable for nearly all fluids, bidirectional flow and heavy-duty industrial service.

The orifice plate is the most widely used flow meter in history. BF01 is a standard throttling DP element manufactured and sized to international standards, covering DN15–DN1000+ with pressures up to 64 MPa and temperatures from -185 °C to +850 °C. Simple, reliable, low cost and maintenance-free.

BF05 Venturi tube is a standard throttling DP device developed from the Venturi effect. Its tapered geometry is free from the sharp-edge wear and fouling that plague orifice plates, and actively re-rectifies the velocity profile for high-stability measurement — ideal for dirty media and large lines at high pressure and temperature.

BF10 averaging pitot tube combines a low-pressure-loss DP principle with an insertion style. The aerodynamic water-drop (teardrop) section minimizes drag, multiple tapping ports sense the true average velocity, and total pressure loss is only ~3% of the measured ΔP (vs. 60% for an orifice plate). Built as a one-piece monolithic metal cavity — ideal for large lines and online installation.

BF15 nozzle is a standard throttling DP device with a long, proven history. Its smooth convergent profile offers low straight-run requirements, low permanent pressure loss and strong resistance to fouling, making it a preferred element for steam, gas and high-pressure/temperature service.

BF20 wedge flow sensor fills the long-standing gap in metering city gas and natural gas with sharply varying flow (tens of times over time), and breaks through the measurement of high-viscosity liquids such as tar, asphalt, residual oil, paraffin oil and crystallizing oils, as well as strongly corrosive saturated/oversaturated acid, alkali and salt solutions.

BF20R rectangular flow sensor combines features of the wedge and Venturi meters with clear improvement at the key performance points. No moving parts, wear-resistant and long-term stable accuracy — a solution for high-viscosity and particle-laden media where conventional meters clog or wear out.

BF30 V-Cone is a high-accuracy flow sensor for a wide range of media and service conditions, covering Reynolds numbers from 8×10³ to 5×10⁶. The cone element re-rectifies the velocity profile and creates a stable low-pressure zone immediately downstream, giving short straight-run requirements and a wide turndown.

BF35 bent pipe (elbow) flow sensor generates differential pressure from the centrifugal force of fluid moving through a bend — a standard throttling device with no inserted elements and therefore zero additional pressure loss. Available as 90°, 135° elbow replacements and a 180° straight-line element.

BF40 electromagnetic flow meter is a continuously upgraded high-precision, high-reliability product at the international level in excitation, lining and intelligence technology. It measures the volumetric flow of conductive liquids — acids, alkalis, salts, slurries, pulp and waste water — with no moving parts, no pressure loss and high corrosion resistance. In integral or remote design; flanged, wafer, hygienic or insertion.

BF50 vortex flow meter measures liquids, gases and steam (saturated and superheated) via Kármán vortex shedding. The passive smart version suits sites without a power supply; the remote version works with displays, controllers and computers. With temperature/pressure compensation modules it outputs accurate mass flow for steam and gas.

BF50R precession vortex flow meter is a new-generation gas meter with high commonality of parts, SMT circuits and high reliability. Used mainly for gas: natural gas, compressed air, coal gas and liquefied gas. The vortex generator forces the axial flow into rotation, forming a vortex core that precesses; the oscillation frequency is proportional to volumetric flow.

BF60 thermal mass flow meter is dedicated to gases and measures mass flow directly without temperature or pressure compensation. Suitable for air, natural gas, flue gas, blast-furnace gas and various process gases, in in-line or insertion (large bore) form. Huge turndown up to 100:1 and can measure very small gas flows.

BF70-1 liquid ultrasonic flow meter works mainly on the transit-time (time-difference) method: ultrasonic transducers upstream and downstream transmit alternately, and the flow velocity is derived from the difference in transit times. Available as in-line, clamp-on (no pipe cutting) and insertion. No moving parts, no pressure loss; the clamp-on form is ideal for retrofit and large pipes.

BF70-2 gas ultrasonic flow meter is designed specifically for gas — natural gas, compressed air and flue gas. Multi-path design improves accuracy; gas sound velocity varies with temperature and pressure, which the algorithm compensates for. Widely used for custody transfer in gas metering.

BF80 Coriolis mass flow meter directly measures mass flow, medium density and temperature in one device — no pressure or temperature compensation needed. Works on liquids, gases and some two-phase flows and is widely used for custody-transfer metering. Ex d ia IIC T6 Gb rated; hygienic clamp versions for food and pharma.
